Since graduating from Vanderbilt Law School in 1998, Caitlin Moon has worked with clients to achieve purposeful and cost-effective planning in the areas of estates and wealth perservation, elder law, business counsel, and real property transactions.
Caitlin's experience ranges from creation of simple will documents for couples, to crafting detailed estate plans for high net worth individuals. Her estate planning practice evolved into the area of elder law as she saw clients and their family members dealing with the difficult issues faced by the aging. She has been involved in all aspects of business creation, evolution and transfer, and has a thorough knowledge of business law. Many of her clients utilize her planning skills in all areas, as they plan for the succession of closely-held and family-owned businesses.
Her clients come from all walks of life, and have varying goals and planning needs. From young families just starting out, to the experienced business person acquiring a new company - all of her clients have in common the need for efficient, excellent legal counsel.

FEES
At HarpethLaw, we approach fees for our services differently than a typical firm. Almost all of our services are available on a flat-fee, all-inclusive basis.
Flat fees include all planning, drafting and follow-up services. By charging in this manner, we make it easier for our clients to plan and budget for our legal services.
Some services, such as document review, are available on an hourly fee basis only. In such instances, a client is charged only for the time spent on the project.
HarpethLaw is in the process of creating a new kind of law office, which will offer cutting-edge internet technology to serve clients 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the state of Tennessee. The 'unbundled' or limited services we will provide via harpethVLO will offer even greater cost-savings and convenience to the client, while still providing exceptional legal counsel and advice.
